At Kozker Tech, we strive to provide high-quality workshops, webinars, and educational services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we provide refunds for our services.
2. Webinars and Online Workshops
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
For webinars and online workshops:
- 7+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
- 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund
- 0-2 days before the event: No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
2.2 Cancellation by Kozker Tech
If we cancel a webinar or online workshop for any reason, you will be offered one of the following options:
- Full refund
- Credit for a future event
- Access to a recorded version of the event (if available)
2.3 Rescheduling
If we reschedule an event, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund according to the original event date and our cancellation policy.
3. In-Person Workshops
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
For in-person workshops:
- 14+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
- 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
- 0-6 days before the event: No refund
3.2 Cancellation by Kozker Tech
If we cancel an in-person workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours after the event at [email protected] with detailed feedback. We will review your concerns and may offer:
- Partial or full refund
- Credit toward future events
- Additional resources or support
Refunds based on dissatisfaction are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. Transferability
If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us of the transfer at least 24 hours before the event by emailing [email protected] with the new attendee's information.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital downloads or resources provided before or during the event
- Events marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Processing fees
8. Force Majeure
Kozker Tech is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
